Use the Dack integration to control, customize and manage guest experience. DACK allows you to provide yours guests with digital access and smart locks, contactless check-in / check-out, intuitive property guides and dynamic upsells via a mobile application.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Dack
If you are not a Dack client yet, you can fill in their demo request form.
To connect your Lodgify account to Dack:
- Enter your Dack account
- Go to Account settings and Integrations.
- Find Lodgify and paste your API key into the Jwt token box.
- Click on Property Management and Units on the left sidebar to activate the Rentals imported from Lodgify.
- Once units are activated, reservations will be synchronized and will appear on your Dack account.
Dack will receive the following information from Lodgify: your rentals, reservations and guest details. However, guidebooks must be created on your Dack account.
You can then set up your guide and messaging configurations on Dack, to automate the sending of the app/weblink to every guest.
