Before getting into the nitty-gritty details of the application, get an overview of the different menu sections that you will see on the homepage when you first enter the PM Modules and the Analytics reports. This section contains lots of information, with many different views.
💡 Note: If you don't see a feature, it means you don't have access to it due to your role and access permissions setup. Only Administrators and Owners can manage access permissions. Learn more about roles and permissions.

Analytics reports
In the Reports, you find all the information you need to understand how your business is doing. Whether you are a rental owner or you work for an agency, this section provides you with powerful information. Check your occupancy, money incomes, cancelations, and much more. In all graphics, you can select any dates and rentals in order to receive specific information about certain rentals for a specific period. Bookings section
The Bookings section contains all the information about every booking of your rentals. Simply click on any booking to expand its information. The status and the guest column show symbols for specific alerts and information about the booking. Find out more about our booking- and alert symbols.
Rentals section
Use this section to see all the information available in the PM Modules, sorted by a rental. When you click on a specific rental, you can see its calendar, list of bookings, specific statistics for this rental, pictures, and alerts. You can also go directly to the guest app settings for this rental or see its guide. While you are in any of these sections, use the blue arrow buttons in the bottom-right corner to move from one rental to another.
💡 Note: The Rentals section is the only place where you will find a bookings calendar, but please be aware that only manual bookings or bookings imported via API will appear in the calendar. No closed periods or bookings imported via iCal will show here.
Tasks section
The tasks section allows you to create tasks scheduled according to your bookings or create manual tasks that you can assign to your users. Find out more about creating and managing tasks.
Pictures section
Use this section to see all pictures you have uploaded via any of the PM Modules' tools. There are three types of pictures in the PM Modules, booking pictures, rental pictures, and payment pictures. Find out more about where pictures are used in the PM Modules and how to upload them.
💡 Note: You will not see any pictures that you uploaded in your Lodgify rentals, nor the promotional pictures of a property.
Alerts section
Here you can see all alerts that need your attention. Avoid losing money by taking a look at this section often, so you never miss a payment.
Timeline section
Here you will see all the events recorded for your team. The access to these events depend on your Rental permissions.
Owner statements section
The aim of the owner statements module is to provide you with a tool to account for how much your company is receiving and calculate how much you have to pay to your recipients: Rental owners, check-in/cleaning agents, etc. Therefore the system is built on three basic concepts: Owner Statements, Recipients, and Payments. Guest module
The Guest Management App is a great tool to help you automate communications with your guests, get the check-in details, and provide them with the necessary information for their stay. Slack notifications
Slack is a communication app very focused on work environments, and you can use it to receive any push notifications. It allows you to create work teams and create different conversations depending on the topic inside each team. Visit their website to know more about them if you need so.
