Download the Lodgify app and manage your push notifications

Manage your bookings with ease from anywhere with the Lodgify app. The app provides easy access to your Reservation System, payments and rental details and allows you to create a shortcut on your smartphone or tablet to quickly access these two functionalities of Lodgify. With the app, you can also enable notifications so that you will be notified when you receive a new booking.

Download the Lodgify app

To download the Lodgify app, complete the following steps for your Android or Apple device:

If you have an... then...
Android

1. Go to the Google Play Store and search for Lodgify. Alternatively, click here to find the Lodgify app in the Google Play Store.

2. Click INSTALL:

3. Once the app is installed, open it. Enter your email and password to log into your Lodgify account.

💡 Note: You will automatically be notified when a guest makes a new booking through your Lodgify website.

Apple

1. Go to the App Store and search for Lodgify. Alternatively, click here to find the Lodgify app in the App Store.

2. Click GET to download the Lodgify app:

3. Once the app has finished downloading, open it. Enter your email and password to log into your Lodgify account.

4. Make sure you click Allow to enable notifications.

💡 Note: You must enable notifications if you wish to be notified on your device when a guest makes a new booking.

To access the app, click on the Lodgify icon on your device's home screen. You can now manage your Calendar and Reservations from your mobile or tablet.

You will automatically receive a notification on your device when a guest makes a new reservation through your Lodgify website:

Features available on the Lodgify app

The major features available on the mobile app are the following:

Calendars (Single unit view and Multi unit view)

  • Create bookings with and without quote
  • Manage availabilities by creating and removing closed periods
  • See and edit the nightly prices and minimum stays using nightly override
  • Filter the calendar view by price, rental name, internal name, and picture

Dashboard

  • If you have access to the PM module, you'll have an overview of your analytics that you can filter per rental: your revenue, Occupancy rate, Average price per night and Average price per booking.
  • See your upcoming bookings and access your guests' contact details

Reservations

  • Sort and search your reservations
  • Create, edit and cancel bookings
  • Send payment requests and issue refunds
  • Issue and void pre-authorization
  • Add notes to the booking
  • Move bookings to the trash

OTA Bookings

  • Airbnb:
    • View booking details
    • Exchange messages with the guests
    • Manage Airbnb inquiries and booking requests
  • VRBO:
    • View booking details
    • Exchange messages with the guests

  • Booking.com:
    • View booking details
    • Exchange messages with the guests
    • Edit guest details of the bookings
    • Be redirected to Booking.com to edit reservations

  • Filter and view messages

  • Manage rentals:
    • Edit the overview of your rental details
    • Upload pictures from your files or from your phone's camera, and edit location
    • Edit policy and calendar restrictions
    • Edit contact details and messaging placeholders
  • Manage rates:
    • See default nightly, weekly and monthly prices
    • Customize price and minimum stay per weekdays
    • Set occupancy extra changes
    • Restrict extra charges
    • Restrict check-in and check-out days

Managing notification settings for the Lodgify app

You can change the notification options in settings of your device:

If you have an... then...
Android
  1. Click on the General Settings icon on your device and go into Apps.
  2. Find and enter the Lodgify app.
  3. Then click Notifications.

  4. You will then be able to adjust the notification settings.

Apple

1. Click on the Settings icon on your device.

2. Go to Notifications.

3. Then find and enter the Lodgify app. You will then be able to adjust the settings.
