Operational placeholders enable you to describe instructions about core operational processes such as check-in instructions, check-out instructions, house rules, etc. on a rental level and use this information automatically in automatic responses and messages via placeholders. This will save you valuable time typing out the same information over and over again or creating specific saved replies for each of your rentals.
๐ Use case: Create detailed information for the check-in process of a rental in your operational placeholder, then edit your automatic response to include the placeholder in the message that will be sent to your guest 2 days before arrival. The message sent to the guest will then automatically include the check-in instructions for this specific rental.
