Set up the connection between Lodgify and Jana Concierge
If you are not a Jana Concierge client yet, you can book a demo to get started.
- Once registered, you will receive onboarding from Jana Concierge to help set up your account completely. During your onboarding call, you will need to provide your Lodgify API key.
- Once Jana Concierge has connected the two accounts, log in to your Jana Concierge account and navigate to Connected Accounts. Then, click the Refresh / Add Listing button.
- Once completed, your Lodgify listings will appear on Jana. If they don’t, please reach out to Jana Concierge support for assistance.
Your listings and reservations will be managed from Lodgify while Task / Cleaning management, Guest check-in / check-out, Upsells, PM commission, Invoicing, Reporting and SMS / Whatsapp will be managed on Jana Concierge.
