Set up the connection between Lodgify and Lynx
If you are not a Lynx client yet, you can sign up here.
Once registered, follow these steps to connect:
- Log in to your The Lynx account and navigate to your Settings and select Integrations.
- Click Add new integration, select Lodgify and paste your Lodgify API key.
- In Lodgify, go to your left-hand menu and select Rentals.
On this page, you will find your rental ID numbers.
Please email the ID numbers of the rentals you wish to import into Lynx to this email address: customersuccess@getlynx.co - Lynx will confirm once your properties have been successfully imported. Afterward, they will appear in your Lynx dashboard, but you will need to add them manually in Lynx.
Listings and reservations will be exported and managed from Lodgify to Lynx, while check-in/check-out times, smart lock codes, email/SMS notifications, email/SMS notification scheduling, smart lock devices, and smart home devices will be managed on Lynx.
💡 Note: You can open smart locks from your Lynx dashboard. However, key-code information is not pushed from Lynx into Lodgify, so you will need to send the key-codes and notifications to your guests directly from Lynx, using Lynx's email and SMS messaging features.
