The Host Co is a platform designed to help rental property owners offer additional services to guests through a personalized digital storefront. This feature allows hosts to provide amenities typically found in hotels, such as massages, private chefs, late checkouts, and luggage storage, enhancing the guest experience and potentially increasing revenue by up to 30% per booking. The platform manages all aspects of the process, from setting up the storefront and coordinating messaging to handling payments, scheduling, and vendor relationships, making it easier for hosts to offer value-added services without extra effort.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and The Host Co
If you are not a The Host Co client yet, you can book a demo.
Once registered, follow these steps to connect:
- Log in to your The Host Co account and navigate to your Partners page.
Find Lodgify and click Start now. - Watch the video for steps to connect and click Continue:
- Add your Lodgify API key and click Submit:
- Select the properties you'd like to create stores for, and they will then appear under the Stores tab, where you can start adding customizations.
- Copy and paste your store link into your Lodgify automated messages to share them with your guests.
💡 Note: There is one link per property.
Once the synchronisation is complete, the Rentals and the sending of the link to your guests will be managed directly from Lodgify, while the Store, the Products, the Store link and the Payments must be managed on The Host Co.
