Duve Integration

Duve is a personalized end-to-end Guest Experience Management Platform. It helps vacation rentals streamline and enhance the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-checkout. Duve provides tools like online check-in, a customizable guest app, and a communication hub, allowing you to interact with guests in a personalized and efficient manner.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Duve

If you are not a Duve client yet, you can book a demo through Duve.com.

Once registered, follow these steps to connect:

1. Log in to your Duve account and navigate to your Settings page.
   Click on Connections, then PMS & Channel managers and select + Add new Source.
2. On the Sync page, click Change and find Lodgify on the drop down menu:
3. Add your Lodgify API key and sync.

Once the synchronisation is compete, Properties, Reservations, Occupancy, Check-in / Check-out times and Guest info will be managed directly from Lodgify, while Check-in / Check-out instructions, Guidebook and Upsells must be managed on Duve.
