- Breezeway SMS Messaging is available only in the domestic US and Canada.
- Availability of Breezeway WhatsApp Messaging and Assist depends on the country. Please check with your implementation manager to confirm support in your location.

Set up the connection between Lodgify and Breezeway
If you don't have an account with Breezeway yet, you can book a demo to sign up and schedule your onboarding.
To set up the connection between Lodgify and Breezeway, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Breezeway account and select Connect PMS:

Add Lodgify on the integrations list:
- Add your Lodgify API key and click Connect.
- Your Lodgify rentals and reservations will be imported, you can find them in the Properties and Reservations tabs of your Breezeway account:
Once the integration is finalized, Scheduling blocks and Messaging will be managed directly from Breezeway.
Additionally, rental data will be automatically refreshed twice daily on Breezeway, new and updated reservations will be synced every hour and tasks will automatically adapt, while closed periods will be indicated to display blocked calendar dates.
