ChargeAutomation is key to enhancing guest experience & increasing revenue while maintaining efficient, frictionless operation. It is a guest experience software for contactless check-in, payment automation, security deposit collection, upselling, chargeback fraud protection, and creating digital guidebook apps.
Set up the connection between Lodgify and ChargeAutomation
Once you have created your account on ChargeAutomation, you can follow these steps to link your Lodgify account:
- Login and navigate to Settings
- Select PMS connection
- Select Lodgify from the dropdown list
- Paste your API key and click Continue
- Go to Activate properties. On this page, you can switch the toggle on to synchronise your rentals, and import bookings.
💡 Note: The connection allows you to automatically import the following information from Lodgify to ChargeAutomation: Rentals, address, Reservation information, Lodgify booking IDs and Guest emails.
The Check-in form, Upsells and Payments must be set up directly on ChargeAutomation.
